Refund policy
We (BLACK EYE) do not take responsibility for damages caused by shipping or any lost/stolen packages. If this is a major concern or a known problem in your area, please consider selecting a tracked shipping option. We do not accept returns or offer refunds but we offer replacements for items that have significant manufacturing defects or for orders with incorrect/missing items.
We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you have received a defective item, please take clear photographs and email them to contact@blackeyetoast.com within 7 days from receiving the order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep in mind the following:
- All purchases of digital goods are final and no refunds will be given.
- We offer replacements for incorrect order fullfilment on our end.
- We do not offer replacements for B-Grade and C-Grade items.
- We do not offer replacements or refunds for customers who purchased the wrong items or provided incorrect details.
- We are not responsible for sizing errors. Please make sure to check our sizing chart before placing your order.
- We do not provide replacements for colour variations between listing photographs and the physical products. Please keep in mind that colour looks different from monitor to monitor and actual products may look a bit different.
If you find a mistake in your order, please contact us as soon as possible!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and digital products (such as ebooks, pdfs, online videos). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations
- We do not accept cancellation of orders once the order has been processed and shipped. If you've made a mistake such as choosing the wrong size or colour, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will help fix it.
