Shipping policy
All of our items are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand.
We offer the following shipping methods for international orders.
- Letter Post (stickers and postcards only via stamp, no tracking)
- Economy Parcel (cheapest option, no tracking)
- Economy Registered (tracking)
- Economy Plus (2kg+, tracking)
- Courier (signature on delivery, tracking)
We ship to most countries via New Zealand Post and EMS Couriers. Please note that Economy Registered and Courier options are not available to some countries.
Orders will be shipped out once a week, on Monday/Tuesdays.
Shipping that costs over $100 USD (just the shipping alone), the shipping cost will be reassessed to see if it is accurate. If it turns out to be at least $5 cheaper, I will process a refund for the amount that was overcharged. If the shipping turns out to be more expensive, I will take on the difference. You will not need to pay extra.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
We are offering “Combined Shipping” to customers to make it more convenient, especially for international customers, to order various items over different shop releases without paying shipping each time. Orders selected under combined shipping will be held up to 30 days. Please contact us at contact@blackeyetoast.com with one of your order numbers and ask for the shipping invoice when you’re ready to ship out the items!
HOW IT WORKS:
- Fill your cart as usual and select the “Combined Shipping” method at checkout.
- Your order has been placed and the stock will be put aside for you!
- You can keep adding to your box as above within the 30 day holding period (or as discussed time extension).
- When you’re ready to ship out your items, email us at contact@blackeyetoast.com, or we will send you a shipping invoice after your 30 day holding period. Your accumulated $2 combined shipping fee that you paid with each order addition will be deducted from the final shipping costs.
- Pay the shipping invoice within 14 days or email us at contact@blackeyetoast.com if you are struggling to meet the shipping payment deadline.
- Once the shipping for the combined box has been paid, we will ship out your items!
We’re offering this service to try and make life more convenient, so please contact us if you want more time to add to your order, or struggling to make the shipping invoice payment within the 14 day period.
Please note that this is NOT a “hold until I change my mind” kind of service. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for items ordered with “Combined Shipping” method after 5 days, to hold people accountable for the items they purchase. After the 30 day holding period, you will be invoiced for your combined shipping. Failure to pay the shipping invoice by the due date will lead to your ordered items will returning back into our stock even if you’ve already paid for it. You will not get a refund and your order will be cancelled. Please feel free to reach out if you need more time to pay the shipping invoice.
PAYMENT:
New Zealand orders have the option of direct bank deposit and online bank payments. These payments are due within 3 business days of order placement. If we do not receive payment on time, the order will be cancelled.
Repeated cancellations may result in being put on a blacklist. Please be certain you are ordering items that you want to avoid this.
